Audrey Hepburn

This is a personal piece of someone that I've wanted to paint for a while. I chose to place her in a winter landscape because I felt that her poise, elegance, grace and natural beauty are qualitites that you really do only find in nature. I used the circle (influenced by Mucha) not only as a design element but also to symbolize eternity and Audrey Hepburn as a legend in the film world.

Trees

For a while I was on a tree kick, I tend to work in series in terms of subject matter. This was a piece I had started a few months back and just got to finishing for a friend.

This is another tree piece I had done earlier this year, also for a friend.
